"Good quality, prices could be better"
The quality is really good, so I’ll give them that. I just don’t have a lot of patience for prices that feel higher than they should be. If it was a bit more fairly priced, I’d probably be way more excited about it.

"Nice item, disappointing packaging"
I ordered from ysl.com and the item itself was totally fine, but the packaging was a letdown. The box arrived dented and the inside looked kind of thrown together, like not much care went into it. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more special when it showed up. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great either

"Color was exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered a lipstick from ysl while I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to overthink shades or deal with a return. I was a little worried it would show up darker than the photos online, but it actually matched really well. The color looked pretty much exactly like the pictures, which made the whole process so much easier. Really happy with it — 5 stars from me.

I ordered from ysl.com and the tracking link actually worked fine. The updates were a little slow at first, but once the order shipped, I could see where it was without any issues. The package arrived on time too, so I really don’t have any complaints

"I just assume my size will work now"
I’ve ordered from Yves Saint Laurent a few times, and at this point I kind of just assume my usual size is going to fit, because it has every time so far. I’ve tried a few different pieces and the sizing stayed really consistent, which makes online shopping way less annoying. Nothing felt unexpectedly tight, loose, or different from what the size guide suggested. Shipping was totally fine too, but the main thing for me is not having to second-guess my size every time I order.

I've ordered from ysl.com a few times now and the loyalty stuff has been nice. My points showed up faster than I expected, which made the whole thing feel worth it, even though I probably would've ordered anyway. I used a little reward on my last order and it was a nice bonus, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I returned my order to ysl.com and, the refund came through way faster than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails — I just got the confirmation and the money showed up soon after. I’m blaming whoever runs this returns process for making it way too easy.

"actually noticed a difference"
i ordered the pure shots serum from Yves Saint Laurent mostly just to try it out, and i wasn’t expecting a ton. after about two weeks, my skin started feeling smoother and less dull, and the first thing i really noticed was how much better my makeup was sitting. i didn’t get any weird breakouts either, which is always a relief, and my cheeks look a little fresher in the mornings now. delivery was totally fine and the bottle was packed well. it’s definitely pricey, but it actually worked for me, so i’m giving it 5 stars.

It ended up taking longer than I expected, but I think part of it was just bad timing. I probably caught them at a busy moment, so the wait was a bit frustrating, but it wasn’t the worst experience.

My order went through without any issues, and I got the confirmation email quickly, which was reassuring. I’m still waiting to see how the shipping part goes, so I can’t really speak on that yet. The site was easy enough to use overall, but checkout did feel a little slow on my end. If you’re ordering, I’d say just be patient during checkout and make sure you get that confirmation email before assuming everything is set.
